How does watching the film version of Into the Wild change or deepen your understanding of Chris McCandless compared to reading the book? In your response, explain one key difference in how his character or experiences are presented, and connect this to a time when seeing something visually changed your understanding of a situation.

I am a visual learner guy and seeing this movie just made things easier to understand. When I read I can use my imagination but it always wanders. Ill start imagining things to the extreme. Often after reading a book, when I watch the movie, it is terrible for me. I imagine the characters completely different. One example is Percy Jackson. I had imagined Annabeth to be this blond girl resembling someone in my life. The movie version was nothing like I had imagined.

Today In class we watched the movie. We also did some questions.

Today I learned about fiber optic cables.
