Twice a year we adjust our clocks for daylight saving time, but the change can affect our sleep, energy, and daily routines. Now that we have sprung forward; reflect on how this time change impacts you personally. Do you find it easy or difficult to adjust your schedule? Explain how the time change affects your mood, productivity, or daily habits.

When the time adjusts forward I find it much harder to get used to. I lose an hour of sleep which is so annoying to me. I like how it lets the sun set later. It gives more time for sports and other activities. Also when its like 7:30 it's not pitch black outside anymore. This makes my parents feel more open to letting me do things around these times because it's not "night time".

Today in class we read chapter 6. We also completed a paper using the 3-2-1 strategy.

Today I learned how to use a vector formula.
