What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

The most difficult part about working in a group is that everyone has different opinions. This sometimes can make it super hard to come to an agreement. At the same time this helped because it can help you to have ideas that you would never have thought of. Like when I was trying out for the stem team in 4th grade I wanted to be in control. But I learned fast, many different ideas and opinions can combine and create the best ideas. I learned from this to be open to new ideas and opinions.

Today in class I wasn't here for most of it. When I got here we were working on essays.

Today I learned the back roads from Duluth to here.
