What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question.

The best piece of advice that I was given was how to self improve. My dad told me that the only person I need to beat was my older self and every second is a new self. This helps to motivate me to go to the gym. It helps me accomplish much of all of the tasks I need to complete each day. When I am feeling sluggish I just think about how past selves weren't lazy during this time. This makes me constantly ask myself am I improving. If I feel the answer is no then I do something to make it a yes.

Today we took notes. I also completely forgot this blog post.

Today I learned how bad the traffic is to the airport.
