Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

 I approach creativity with optimism. I like all ideas expecially the ideas that are flowing. I like to sit and think before I start working with my hands. Most of the projects I work on won't let me make mistakes. I like to plan things out before I start. My faviorate project ever was thisgo-kartt with my dad. We built it when I was around 9. I haven't used it in a very long time,e but it is something that will stay with mforeverer. It went out of service after I let one of my friends try it,t and they drove into a brick mailbox.

Today in class, we worked on writeable. We also read this story.


Today I learned not to truTikToktok about the weather.

Write about a dream that felt real.

 I once had a dream about me having the ability to teleport. It was one of the most real things I have ever expierinced. I still remeber it so well which is why I feel like it was so real. Usually after a good dream I dont remeber is shortly after waking up but this one I could never forget. I would teleport to school and always was the first in the breakfest line. I wouldnt walk anywhere and I still remeber how jealous my freinds were. It felt so casual that I could do it. The day went as normal excpet that I just teleported everywhere. I would teleport to my room between classes and change my clothes or grab a snack. I came home and had dinner and then went to bed. When I went to bed I woke up and tried teleporting. This time I was really awake and realized it was a dream. Today in class we made sentences with vocab words. We also completed a newsela assignment. Reflect on a time when you paused to appreciate the beauty of nature, much like the speaker in “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” Where were you, what did you notice, and how did that moment of stillness make you feel or change your perspective?

When I was younger and used to hiking in Stone Mountain a lot, I felt super close to nature. I would go with a lot of friends and my whole family. Sometimes we would hike at sunrise, and sometimes we would even do sunsets. I also feel close to nature at the lake. Many times I would take a boat out and just sit near the water and look at the birds flying. It made me feel so peaceful and calm. I love the water. It is my faviorate fact about nature. It changes my perspective because it makes me calm down and appreciate things. Today in class, we had this big assignment. We worked on it all class. Today I learned some Mandarin.

Of today’s 15 vocabulary words, which three do you think you will use the most in your speaking and writing this semester? Explain why each word feels useful or powerful to you.

 I will use aesthetic a good amount because ive already used it multiple times in the past. Im comfortable with that word. I typically call things please and stuff a lot. But since now I really know the definition I feel it will expand my vocabulary. If I start using that word more then people will think I am smarter. I will also use affinity because I feel like I say I love things a lot. Thats not the exact definition of it but it gets my point across. It also makes it seem like i know what I am talking about. I think at last I will use animosity a lot because people wont understand it. I could tell someone I truly dont like that I have a feeling of animosity towards them and they will be clueless. Today in class we worked on these 15 vocabulary words. We also put them to use by choosing which one fits the sentence the best. Today I learned how to calculate radians into degrees.
