Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

I took a break, hanging out with friends. I did this because my mental load had become overbearing, and I needed to let go of some excess thoughts. For about a week, I kept my head in solitary confinement and would try not to talk to friends. After a few days, I felt better and was really good. Then I got lonely, so I went to see friends and hung out with them all day.

Today in class, we did rhetorical strategies. We also spun a wheel to choose names.

Today I learned which waterbottle was my faviorate.
