Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

One time when I was outside a store walking to my car a homeless man walked up to me. He didn't ask for anything but instead he just started to talk to me. He first started with how his life flipped so fast. I got in my car and rolled the window down because I was interested. After awhile he started talking about God. He had sad that God was helping get through this. We talking for about 10 minutes and I gave him a water. When I left I really felt persuaded and that day I went and my mom and I made care packages with tooth paste and other necessities. We stored them in the back of her car for if she stops next to a homeless person again.

Today in class we read a story. We also talked about a broken cross.

Today I learned not to fall for pranks with my friends.
